I have some questions when it comes to used smelly socks. I’d like to get your feedback. Also, I have some upcoming things in the works.

Hi everyone. I know it’s been a while since I made a post. I’m super bummed that Instagram banned me, when I didn’t post any explicit content. I had built up a nice fan base, and it was a great way for me to connect and stay in touch with my followers. (I did make a new account @thisisthe.1 but don’t be surprised if it gets shut down eventually, although I’m planning to keep that one more low key). Anyway! Since I don’t get an easy way to get my posts out to most of you all, I thought I’d create a blog post to get some opinions on what my audience prefers the most. Also, I plan to upload some photos that were on my previous Instagram account @jasonpacquin.

With 2020 kicking off to a great start, I am planning to start up a second website where all of you potential sellers can have a place to post your ad. Think of it as a classifieds page. There will be a minimal fee each month, but I guarantee this website will get traffic, just as I have built this current website. I have purchased the domain and am in the process of building it. I will comment below on this post, once it is live. So for those wanting to sell their socks, please be patient! And also, try to check back on here periodically as the first group of sellers on the site will get the prime real estate on the home page.

Anyway, here are some survey questions I have for you, feel free to answer below:

  1. What is your favorite style of sock to purchase used?
  2. What is your favorite color of sock to purchase?
  3. What is your preferred smell strength on a scale of 1 – 10, 1 being minimal scent, and 10 being so ripe you smell it as soon as you open the zip lock bag, with the scent lingering in and smelling up the whole room.
  4. What kind of socks would you like to see on this website for sale? This can be any brand, style, color, etc.

Thanks everyone for your continued support of my website. I feel proud to call it my own, and also thankful that I’ve gotten to connect with some great used sock customers. I think eBay banning used sock listings was perhaps a blessing in disguise as it led me to create my own website. I wasn’t sure how it would all work out, but I had very little to lose. I’m glad to be able to provide men’s used and well worn socks to my customers all over the world!

Sock Jock of the Month – Freddy

I know, I know. We’ve been slacking off on the sock jock of the month postings! But, we have had some exciting things happen during that time. We will be making a post about the new changes coming soon.

Our sock jock month for February is Freddy T. Freddy currently works in accounting and is going to school for his Masters in business. He hopes to own his own business one day, particularly something in the field of home furnishing distribution. The furniture industry has always been something Freddy wants to be a part of.

In his spare time, Freddy likes to draw, play computer games, work out in the yard, go out for drinks, and workout in his home gym that’s in his garage. Freddy used to be a big track star in high school, when he lived in Fayetteville, NC. He still enjoys running, especially on the weekends.

Freddy has been a friend of mine since 2002. I spoke to him about my online site one day, and he said he thought it was an awesome idea, and was interested in becoming a seller. E-commerce fascinates Freddy, and he loves to learn more and more about selling online. Freddy lives in Trinity, NC.
